The little things

You know when you are not having the best day or there is just something that is weighing on your mind. Then out of nowhere, something small/little seems to make you smile and the day seems that much better. That is kind of how today was. I was riding my bike back to the house from Marina Del Ray and having some heavy thoughts and on a bike path for a short bit that has some glass covering the whole path for a short bit so I get off my bike and walk in the grass to get past it then I hear a voice say "Hey how are you doing?" it is Perry the Masseuse from Redlands Stage Race and with her big smile and very positive outwardly flowing attitude my day seemed to turn around from there.
Pretty cool what a simple smile can do!!!
