So, I really enjoy cooking and making food that I have not made before. Also making that food for others to enjoy. The only issue is that I dont always have the inventiveness needed to create cool dishes. So, the phone at Jason Comstocks house rings alot when I am wanting to create something new and interesting that will make your mouth and stomach smile. That is what happen last night. I wanted to create a cool dish for Donna so Jason and Kim both came to the rescue. To help with plans for a chicken butter curry with chick peas poured over brown rice, to go along with a side salad. That I drizzles one of my own homemade dressings.
