So my legs feel good but I can not get a break on the mechanical side. yestarday, in the TT I was going pretty good then the air left my front tire. Now I know what you are thinking and yes Mom I did have a new tire on the wheel. The fact that it was raining did not help from keeping things from sticking to the tire. Today I was having good legs again but my chain started to skip with about 25miles to go then with 2km to go my chain dropped off and I had to get off and put it back on since the nifty trick of shifting to the big ring real fast did not work when I needed it most. So I seemed to lose over three minutes in the last 2km of the race!!!! No in my own defense I checked my shifting before leaving the house today and made sure the tension was correct and for the first 80miles or so it worked perfectly.
